Account
How do I change my email or password?
Go to the Me tab → tap your profile card → Account Settings. From there you can update your email, password, or display name.
How do I delete my account?
Open Account Settings (Me → profile card) and scroll to the bottom. Tap Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all saved content. You can also request deletion at omniteca.app/deletion.
Can I export my saves?
Yes. Go to Account Settings → Export all saves. You'll receive a JSON file with all your saved content.

What's included in the free plan?
The free plan includes unlimited URL-only saves, 5 AI-enriched saves per month, access to all 11 categories, and JSON/CSV export. Free forever — no credit card required.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Tap Me → Manage in any Omniteca app. You can choose Weekly (€2.99), Monthly (€9.99), or Yearly (€99.99) billing. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS), Google Play (Android) or Stripe (web).
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, Google or Stripe. Tap Me → Manage in any Omniteca app. You can manage your subsription from there. You can also manage your subscription in your personal Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) profile.
I was charged but my plan didn't update. What do I do?
Try restoring purchases from the billing screen (Me → Manage → Restore). If the issue persists, email [email protected] with your order ID and we'll sort it out.
Features
Which platforms can I save from?
Omniteca supports TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Google Maps, and any web URL. Use the share extension on iOS/Android or the Chrome extension on desktop.
What does AI extraction do?
When you save content, Omniteca uses a frontier AI model to classify it (recipe, place, movie, etc.) and extract structured data — ingredients for recipes, location details for places, cast for movies, and so on. This turns raw links into organized, searchable entries.
Why is a save still processing?
AI extraction usually completes in a few seconds. In high-traffic moments processing a save could take more time. If the link hasn't been processed after 24 hours, please use the reporting feature at the bottom of each saved content details. Re-saving the same content won't speed up the processing.
How does the referral programme work?
Share your invite link from the Me tab. When a friend signs up using your link, you both receive +10 bonus AI saves. There's no limit on how many friends you can invite. If 15 of your friends join, you get a Week of Pro on us.
